Services Organised by Holidaytime
- 30 days or more before travel: refund may be made after legal and mandatory deductions.
- 14-29 days before travel: 50% refund may apply.
- 0-13 days before travel: no refund.
- No-show: no refund.
International and Non-Refundable Services
International tours, flights, ferries, cruises and hotels are often purchased under promotional, special fare, allotment or non-refundable conditions. After confirmation, payments may be made to providers. Refunds may not be possible if the customer cannot travel, cannot obtain a visa, has passport problems, misses a flight or cancels for personal reasons.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially for package tours and international travel. Upon request, Holidaytime Turizm may assist with travel insurance options through contracted insurance providers.
