What is included in the price of Fethiye to Rhodes ferry day trip:
Transportation to harbour of Fethiye (only for same day return trips), ferry from Fethiye to Rhodes round trip or one way tickets and insurance.
Extra charges: catering, guides,drinks and other personal spendings, port tax (5 EURO per person).
It is a journey that covers the ferry ticket only, the island tour or extra tours are not included in the price.
GENERAL RULES AND CANCELLATION & REFUND CONDITIONS
Passengers must be present on the ferry 15 minutes before the departure time.
Passengers are responsible for adjusting their time spent in the Port area, such as the cafeteria or duty-free shop, according to these rules.
CHECK-IN
a) Passengers must be present at the Check-in Office of the relevant company at least 1 hour before the departure time to complete the check-in procedures for passport and visa controls and to receive their tickets. Check-in procedures end half an hour before the departure time. It is advisable to arrive earlier on weekends and during peak season.
Check-in procedures can be done in all our offices before the day of departure.
b) Special provisions for passengers traveling by car:
Check-in procedures for passengers traveling by car are only conducted at the Port office. Car passengers (driver only) have priority in check-in, please inform the relevant company officials about your situation. Car passengers must be present at the port 1.5 hours before the departure time for the check-in process. If you own the company vehicles, a company signature circular is required, or if you are an employee, a power of attorney letter from a notary is required. To be able to travel abroad with a Rent a Car vehicle, a power of attorney must be obtained from the company through a notary. Passengers traveling to Chios Island do not need an international driver's license. Green Insurance is an additional insurance policy that covers the comprehensive coverage of your vehicle abroad and can be obtained from insurance companies.
OPEN TICKETS: Open tickets can only be accepted on scheduled trips based on availability and are only processed by the relevant company offices. To close open tickets, the passenger must contact a carrier company at least 1 day before the departure and be informed before the passenger's journey.
• The validity period of an open ticket is 6 months. Tickets that are not used within 6 months from the date of issuance are automatically canceled. • The agent who issued the open ticket must sign and stamp the date of issuance on the boarding pass.
LOSS OF TICKET: Passengers who lose their ticket must purchase a new ticket. Agents are not responsible for ticket losses for any reason.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF TICKET: A passenger ticket issued in the passenger's name cannot be transferred or resold to another person. If someone other than the person entitled to travel with the ticket presents the ticket for transportation and refund, the carrier will not be held responsible if the carrier carries the presenting person in good faith or provides a refund to the presenting person.
TICKET CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUESTS
Due to the non-application of the "Right of Withdrawal and Obligations of the Parties" specified under the "Third Section" of the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27.11.2014 to "Passenger Transportation Services," the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal.
If it is stated that "The Cancellation and Refund Conditions of the Journey The purchaser agrees and undertakes not to request any changes or refunds of electronic tickets purchased according to this contract, in terms of passenger, date, time, and route information. The purchaser acknowledges that he/she will not change or request a refund for the ticket purchased according to this contract after the sales confirmation."
Passengers have the right to convert their tickets to an open ticket or reschedule once, provided that they notify two days before the departure time. Refund requests will not be accepted.
CASES WHERE PASSENGER'S EXIT ABROAD OR ENTRY INTO GREECE IS NOT ALLOWED
